If you are a user of the Hairgen.ai Mobile App (Hairgen.ai AI Hair Transplants) and wish to request deletion of your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

2. Make sure to send the email from the same email address that you used to create your Hairgen.ai account.
3. Clearly state in your message that you are requesting deletion of your account and data.

What happens when you request deletion?

• All photos you have uploaded will be permanently deleted.
• Your account information and personal data will be deleted after a 90-day retention period.
• During the 90-day retention period, your data is retained only for legal, security, or compliance reasons, after which it will be fully removed from our systems.
• Some minimal data may be retained if required by law (e.g., transaction records), but this will not include your photos or personal profile information.
